I have been needling on the bunny and today there are new pictures again.
I made the tights and then i worked on the eyes.
First you see the amount of fluff i used for each side
Then i needled on one side and folded the fluff together and then needled the other side and folded the fluff to the middle also and needled it together. Then i did the same one more time in the middle to make it smaller.
Last photo shows you the finished size after all the folding :D
Now to the needling and compressing :
Then i needled them a bit into a curve
Next i tagged it lightly around the eye
And started to needle it all down
Next i did some rolling of fluff for the lower legs
Looking if they are the right size :
Ok … that looks ok, now needling them down and compressing
One was a bit bigger then the other, so i wrapped a tiny bit of fluff around the smaller one.
And needled them onto the body
Next was a bit more fluff - longer then the feet that is…
to make the upper arms. Worked them into the bending like shown in the Russian blog
and attaching them to the body.
I also made a little blob for the tail and needled it into place
Then i made some fluff flat for the ears
Working at a steep angle with the finest needle i made a nice surface
At the same time i changed the rounding into a more pointed tip - i didn't think right here.
And here it is :D nearly finished the little bunny
All i need to do now, is the finishing of the surface with the fine needle, and then a bit of colour.
This will happen in the next couple of days :)
